This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the website at https://rickseven.com (the Site) and the mobile applications published under the Rickseven name (the Apps), how it is used, and the choices and rights you have. The Site and the Apps are together the Services.

1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Moh Eric, trading as Rickseven, based in Surabaya, Indonesia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. Scope and applicable terms
This policy covers every App published under the Rickseven name, present and future, and the Site. Each App’s Google Play listing contains a Data safety section that describes the data that specific App handles, and it is the authoritative summary for that App. If an App needs anything beyond what is described here, such as a device permission for a particular feature, it asks at the time of use and explains why. Our Terms and Conditions apply together with this policy.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Collected automatically in the Apps
Our Apps use Google’s Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob to show ads. Through these services the following information is collected from your device:

3.2 Stored only on your device
Preferences and content you choose to keep, such as theme, favourites, downloaded content and a cached copy of your purchase status, stay on your device. We do not receive them.
3.3 Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to respond to you.
3.4 The Site
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time) for security and operations. The Site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy and, where required, a consent prompt will be updated before it happens.
4. How we use information
- Provide, maintain and improve the Services and their features
- Measure usage and diagnose crashes and performance problems
- Show, measure and secure advertising, and prevent fraud and abuse
- Verify purchases and unlock paid features
- Respond to your messages and comply with legal obligations
5. Service providers and third parties
We share information only with the providers below, who process it under their own policies, and where required by law.

Ad partners may receive the identifiers and approximate location listed above for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. The partners involved are listed in the consent prompt under “List of partners”.
6. Advertising and your choices
Free Apps may show advertising. Paid (“PRO”) features, where offered, remove ads.
- EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland: you are shown a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) when you first open an App, and ads and analytics do not start until you choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Settings in the App.
- If you decline: personalised advertising and analytics that rely on device identifiers are not used. Ads may still be shown, but they are limited, non-personalised ads.
- Advertising ID: you can reset it or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
- Other regions: where consent is not legally required, ads may be personalised unless you opt out in your device settings.

8. Disclosures for specific regions
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
You have the rights listed in section 9, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Consent is collected as described in section 6.
Indonesia
We process personal data in line with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. You may exercise the rights listed in section 9.
United States (including California)
We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosing identifiers and usage information to ad partners for advertising may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under some state laws. You may opt out through your device’s ad settings or the in-App privacy settings where available. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data and request deletion
- Restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
How to exercise them. The Apps have no accounts, so the data we hold is not linked to your name or email. Email us from the address you want us to respond to, name the App, and if you can include the Advertising ID or app-instance ID so we can locate the data. You can also stop collection yourself by withdrawing consent, resetting your Advertising ID, or uninstalling the App, which removes everything stored on your device. We may need to verify your request.
10. Retention
Analytics and diagnostic data are retained by Google on our behalf for no longer than 14 months, and crash reports for a shorter period set by Firebase. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Data stored on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the App.
11. International transfers and security
Our providers operate globally, so information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Services may link to sites and apps that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, in the App.
