You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Rickseven, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rickseven, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Mobile Applications

If you are using any mobile applications associated with Rickseven, the following additional terms apply:

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the mobile application on a device that you own or control.

App Store Terms

If you download the application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These Terms are between you and Rickseven only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC
  • The app store provider has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services
  • In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the app store provider, and they may refund the purchase price (if any)
  • The app store provider is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application
  • The app store provider is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce these Terms

Updates and Modifications

We may from time to time develop and provide updates for the application, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and other error corrections. Updates may also modify or delete features and functionality. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide particular features or functionality.

Device Requirements

Use of the mobile application requires compatible devices, Internet access, and certain software. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets these requirements. We do not warrant that the application will be compatible with your device.
