These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the website https://rickseven.com (the Site) and of every mobile application published under the Rickseven name (the Apps), together the Services. The Services are provided by Moh Eric, trading as Rickseven, based in Surabaya, Indonesia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of these Terms.

1. Using the Apps

Licence. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download, install and use each App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes.

Eligibility. The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use them together with a parent or guardian.

Accounts. Our Apps do not require an account. If an App offers one, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Updates and availability. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any App or feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country, and we are not obliged to provide any particular update.

Device and network. You are responsible for a compatible device, a working internet connection where an App needs one, and any data charges from your carrier.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

  1. Some Apps offer optional paid features, such as a “PRO” upgrade that removes ads or enables extra features, sold as monthly, annual or one-time (lifetime) purchases through the app store you used (for example Google Play).
  2. Payment, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by that store under its terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
  3. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings, and cancelling stops future renewals. A one-time purchase is licensed to your store account.
  4. Prices may change. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals as the store and the law allow.
  5. You can restore purchases on a new device with the same store account using the restore option in the App.

3. Advertising

Free Apps may show advertisements delivered by third-party ad networks, such as Google AdMob. We do not control which ads are shown and are not responsible for advertisers’ content or products. Your advertising choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of an App, except where the law permits it
  • Remove or bypass advertising, licensing, purchase or security mechanisms, or use modified or unofficial versions of an App
  • Scrape or bulk download content, or use bots or crawlers against the Services or our servers
  • Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or infringe the rights of others

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, logos, text and original content, belong to Rickseven or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of Indonesia and other countries. No rights are granted except those stated in these Terms. Third-party content shown in an App (for example audio recordings, translations or text) remains the property of its owners and is used under the applicable licences or permissions.

6. Informational content

Content in the Apps, including religious, educational and reference material, is offered for general information and personal reflection. We make reasonable efforts to be accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, and it is not professional, legal or religious ruling. Consult a qualified source for matters that need authoritative guidance.

The Services rely on, and may link to, third-party services and sites, such as app stores, Google services and advertisers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be secure, or be free of errors or harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rickseven and its owner, contributors and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant App in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Apps. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where the law requires. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability, survive.

11. App stores

If you obtained an App from Google Play or another app store, these Terms are between you and Rickseven only, not the store provider. The store provider has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, and its own terms also apply to your download and use.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Surabaya, Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when they changed. If a change is material we will try to give notice on this page or in the App before it takes effect. Continued use of the Services afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.
